Works perfectly with my 2003 Energizer Batteries!
Work perfectly. My old version from 2003 had wire insulation failure.

Money saver! Still recharging same rechargeable batteries a year and a half later. Wow!

LOVE Rechargeable Batteries
I have too many things that I use on a regular basis that use batteries to throw them away. So, now I'm using rechargeable batteries. This charger works great and I feel good about keeping them out of the landfill.

It was great while it lasted
I got this charger in June 2019 and the charger has now quit charging, I first though it was the batteries even though they were not that old, so I got new/more aaa batteries but that did not change anything. Now i cant get the lights to turn on and it won't charge any size of battery.But when you break it down 2.5 years is not offal but I would have liked to see more for almost a $40 charger.Over all it was not a bad charger while it worked, and it probably saved me tons of money with 2 kids and all their toys.

The pictures show the style with plastic backed sliders. That is NOT what I got. I had a version with the plastic backed sliders that lasted years, it is now down to 3 of 4 working slots. During that time I bought a second one (twice) for the RV that has the metal sliders. With very little use the sliders bend rendering the entire thing useless. When I saw the picture I thought finally the other style, got the crap metal slider version. I give up and will not be buying another from Everready. I will use the existing until it fails (likely soon) then toss it. Stay away and find another brand is my recommendation.
