Is it awkward to hold the mini compared to the ones with a handle?

I don't find the mini awkward to hold. It is comfortable both when pointed at the massage area and when held sideways to get a gentler action on the muscles being massaged. I've been quite happy with it.

Does this come with any other head or just the standard? Can others be purchased?

Hello, would this device work on 220 V /50 Hz voltage?

My power supply for the Theragun says "Input 100-220V ~ 50-60hz", so while the plug is the North American standard 110V style, you should be able to use it in Europe or Asia.

How do you switch the foam attachments

Just pull them off and pop the other one on.
