Exactly what I ordered, The packaging was too much, but the product is good

This products works at times. Tastes good and does help calm my thoughts down. It just doesn’t work every time. Not everything does for me.

One of the many uses of white chestnut is to quiet errant thoughts. It has helped me greatly. My mind would spin out of control at night keeping me awake. I’m sleeping a full night now. Another less known use is for dogs training. A puppy is all over the place. When we try to get them to perform a task they may choose to run and play. This helps to hold their focus when repeating an order such as “sit.” This is my first puppy in 20 years. White chestnut has been very beneficial for me and my dog.
