Total Gym XL7 Force Home Gym with Workout DVDs Folds

I love the Total Gym!! The different excercises and stretches that are available are awesome!! For anyone who is interested in "resistance training" I highly recommend getting a Total Gym. This is actually my 2nd machine.(this one being an upgrade) And all the attachments that come with it makes this one very Versatile piece of equipment. I hope you all enjoy yours as much as I do mine!!

This is a great machine that can tackle any trouble area you might want to firm up or better develop. Now I just need to find the time to use it consistently! A personal problem, not an equipment issue !!

I like the variety of exercises this can be ued for and the variations that are possible witgt he cables. Itd' been a lifesaver during this tie when I couldn't go to the gym (and the price was great!) It is bigger/bulkier than I was expecting and heavier. folding it up and putting it away is not that easy, but doable. I usually just leave it , since I'm not having company these days (Pandemic/quarantine period) All in all I am more than satisfied with this purchase. At less than 400 that I paid for it, totally worth it! (and with all the attachments!)

This is absolutely a must have in a home gym. Any muscle group above the waist is easily engage-able and at multiple intensities. Would recommend to anyone of any age. Thank you Chuck Norris!
