Fantastic advice
This is a great book giving you an insight into how to approach negotiations, and as Chris Voss says, "life is a negotiation". I started using some of the ideas in daily life even before I had finished reading the book. It is laid out in a nice way that makes going back later to review or check again (and I certainly plan to review it) much easier.

Highly recommend
This is a book for life. It can be applicable for your daily life and especially applicable when it comes to communication between people whether it be business or social interactions. Cannot recommend it enough!

Great little book for improving the quality and outcome of any kind of communication.
Chris Voss with Tahl Raz put into simple words—backed up by actual experience—a listening, open (not empty) minded, non-adversarial approach to negotiation, that I was able to put almost immediately to the test and then to enjoy a successful outcome from. Thank you, Chris Voss and Black Swan.
