Not really warp more like twists no matter what is cooked on it but always goes back to shape. I would look for a heavy constructed pan.

Mine is 12 3/8" by 9 3/4". Excellent quality. It fits my Black & Decker convection toaster over perfectly.

Q: Can you confirm that the rack is 12" wide? I'm buying this just for the rack so it needs to be precise enough to slide into slots in my toaster oven.

It is 11-3/4” wide by just under 8-3/4 deep. It does have those little triangle legs.
