Awful charm, very poor quality.
Very disappointed with this charm. It is very cheap but looked and sounded lovely. It looks and feels like plastic, the colours are like blobs of plastic. I am returning it and wouldn't advise others to order.

This is the second purchase of charms from seller, very happy with charm and price so reasonable, only given three stars as seller omitted the charms bags and silver cleaning cloths, my first purchase included both., as second purchase were for gifts presentation in a clear plastic bag was false representation.
