Q: Why do you sell this item in a four pack only? This is a new item from Olay...maybe your customers want to try it out not stock up on it.

I was thinking the same thing. I would even buy a variety pack of the three new Olay items. But four of the same? ...and it’s new? Naaaa. Just spent 30 minutes looking for 1 or 2 packs; or even samples. Oh well, I’ll look for a collagen competitor until I can get out to buy one bottle.

Q: How can I be sure I will get a 4 pack? there are too many complaints of people only receiving one in their order? Makes me not want to order.

I did get all 4. Turns out I wasn’t that wild about it. It sounded great, but I saw no real changes. I went back to the regular Olay. Happy. Quality at less price than this. I am happy.

No, it is not normal. Appears the distributor is untrustworthy. My purchase from Amazon for Play ultra-moisture she's butter bodywash is pretty thick, and makes a great lather; and it takes several times to wash out from my bathpuff. I'm very happy with my purchase, and fairly sure you will be too ! I cannot verify any other Play product.

Q: How tall is the container?

I did not buy Body Wash, I bought the Body Lotion and I love it 8-10 inches tall!
