Boy, this works! I've had trouble concentrating and sleeping. (No, it didn't really help with the latter but I noticed on the 2nd day of taking it, even at 3AM, my mind was clear. Normally I would stay awake until wee hours of the morning, overcome with grogginess with no Sandman in sight. On that day, I could still think clearly.Also, my friends and I took this (along with liver detox supplements -- NAC, ALA, GSH, Silymarin) before and after a night of drinking tequila. We survived on two hours of sleep, no hangovers, and still able to work the next day. Dunno if it was placebo, but either way, it worked.

Seems to be helping. I don't think it is as powerful as Korean ginseng, but since you are supposed to cycle off the ginseng ever so often, the Ginkgo seems to be a good alternative. I have not tried any other brand of Ginkgo besides Jarrow's to say how it compares.

I had a very serious middle ear infection and congestion. Because of that, my ear have been rining. My doctor says it takes time to heal, but it was my homeopathic doctor who gave me these to take. It has reduced my rining in the ear. Little by little, but it's going down.

I think it is actually working to help me retrieve information from my brain more easily. I will keep taking this! I am taking four a day, not sure if that is enough but something is improving the the clarity of my mind.

I'm in a post-grad program and I had been looking for something to increase my mental metabolism. After some research i honed in on this product, and since taking it i can say i've definitely noticed improved mental vigor. I chalk some of this up to the placebo effect a la my hopeful personality, but the rest I place in the realm of proven scientific fact. Jarrow supplements, this Ginko included, have never disappointed me yet. Keep it up!

Works well to reduce tinnitus (ringing in the ears). Kids: Wear your hearing protectors when using lawnmowers and power tools (etc.).

I've used Jarrow products before. The Ginkgo really helps, clears the mind. I find myself more alert and functioning better mentally. I find it to be effective and I achieve the results I want. I've taken it for years and would recommend this product and manufacturer to anyone.

The price was right.It usually takes a month of taking Balboa before I feel the affects of it. I just started taking it. Get back to me in a month and I'll let you know how I feel.
