I was pleasantly surprised by how useful this USB to USB-C Adapter 4-Pack has been. Each adapter feels solidly built, and the connection is snug without being difficult to plug in or remove. I tested them with my iPhone, several chargers, and a couple of older USB accessories, and everything worked smoothly with no interruptions or overheating. I used these with a USB-C cable to connect my two Raspberry Pi 5s to a 5.1V DC 5A power supply that had a USB A output, and that power supply is a special case, being fed from a 12V DC source. I was a bit apprehensive to start with, as the cords are smart cords with circuitry in the connector and I wasn't sure how the USB A to USB C adaptor would go as a part of the set-up. But, having told the Raspberry Pi that it can get maximum power from the cable (you put the line, "usb_max_current_enable=1" in /boot/firmware/config.txt), everything worked fine - no errors and no more under voltage warnings. I am very happy with them and, as I only needed two, I have a couple to spare, which will not go astray as I have a few USB A outlets around the house; many higher power USB cables only come as USB-C to USB-C these days so these are handy.
