Classic Roast Coffee Singles, 19 ct

I am one of many college students that enjoys drinking coffee in the morning or to keep me up late at night. Unfortunately, I do not own a coffee machine or a single-cup brewing machine. One solution is Folgers Coffee Singles. The product is a set of nineteen teabags with coffee in the bag instead of tea. In fact, the product is consumed much like tea with heated water to brew the coffee. Personally, I hate that unstirred coffee grinds stick together at the bottom of the cup which makes the single bags a better option for me. An advantage of the grinded coffee being in the bag is the noticeable lack of coffee lumps at the bottom of the cup. Similar to tea, the coffee’s strength can be adjusted depending on how long the bag is left in the cup. From a qualitative perspective, the coffee is good enough. It tastes like Folgers coffee which is going to be great for people who like Folgers coffee, but I can imagine people who prefer a different brand might want to stay away from this product. There is some patience required when letting the coffee steep in the hot water. The reason being the amount of time necessary for the coffee bag to brew is about the same for a cup of tea, so the coffee will not be immediately ready. The aspect of this product that I admire the most is how easy it is to use. The packaging describes how to use the product with text and pictures; though the text could be seen as too small. In minutes, I can have cup of coffee ready to go before I go to class in the morning. All I need is a way to heat water, a cup, and a coffee bag to make a cup of coffee. I do not need a microwave and I do not need a coffee machine. This is a product that is fantastic for outdoor trips where access to electricity is extremely limited. Something else that I enjoy about the product is the packaging of the coffee bags and the box itself. The box art looks like the usual Folgers coffee art, so it is immediately recognizable. Additionally, the bags are individually packaged which means that your coffee will stay fresh until you put the bag in the cup of hot water. There are some limitations to what the product can do. The product’s problems mostly stem from the fact that it is a coffee product. Naturally, there are people who do not want to drink Folgers coffee in the morning or in their spare time. This product is not for those people. This product was designed for people who enjoy Folgers coffee, and they want it as soon as possible. If Folgers coffee or coffee in general is something you hate, I would not recommend this product to you. What makes the Folgers coffee singles worth your money is the flexible utility of the product. People can use it for the outdoors or a quick cup of coffee before they leave the house. The product is fantastic, and I would recommend it to all of my friends.

These are great for using with a French press. We take them on our cruise as we can only have a kettle, so we heat the water in the kettle, pour over the bags in the French Press to brew. Let steep for 3-5 minutes then press and pour in your cup. Much better than instant coffee!

Very handy to take when traveling . I make two cups of Coffee with one bag . Each coffee bag is sealed individually. Always smells fresh.

I brew 12 oz in a favorite large mug, allowing an extra minute and a few extra dunks of the bag- it is a great cup of coffee. They designed the box nicely for easy access in the cupboard, and the plastic overwrap of each coffee bag is easy to open, although I wish they were made of paper instead of plastic. Fifty cents per cup is a great deal, in my opinion, compared to takeout. Considering I need no equipment, just hot water- I am sold on this innovation!

Perfect size for an excellent cup of coffee without making a whole pot of coffee!! I love to have a fresh cup using the Folgers individual bags and no mess…just hot water. The bags provide the perfect cup strength for a superb cup of coffee. Folgers has been a personal best for coffee! Now the conference is remarkable and we can take them on the road when we travel!!

these singles taste so good. I don't drink a lot of coffee so I don't use my coffee pot unless family is over. so I used to buy instant coffee and that was ok. but these have great flavor. I've been using them for at least two years. i highly recommend them.

I am so happy I found these Folgers coffee singles! I travel in Europe a lot and in the Hotels there is only instant coffee (but there’s almost always a water kettle!). No matter how hard I try I never like instant coffee. The Folgers singles are easy to pack and they are so much better than instant coffee.

Extremely expensive for the quality and bland taste. It doesn't even smell or taste like coffee.
