Very easy to install. You just don't get everything you need for the sanitizer to be dispensed and you have to buy a separate piece in order to use it

No, this bottle is sanitary sealed and is not refillable.

No screws needed. It sticks to the wall with a glue pad. The kit doesn't have all the parts though. It doesn't come with the main component to pump out the sanitizer
