These glasses are exactly what I was looking for! They do an excellent job of blocking blue light at night—my eyes feel more relaxed, and I’ve noticed it’s much easier to wind down and fall asleep. The amber tint is strong but not overwhelming, and the fit is comfortable for medium adult sizes. I especially appreciated the included visual test that clearly demonstrates how effectively they block blue light. Great quality and a noticeable improvement in my nighttime routine. Comfortable to wear and significantly cuts the blue light for evening use. The frames cover a decent portion of the peripheral vision. Definitely helps with sleep onset.

I didn't buy these to help me sleep. I bought them to block glaring headlights while i was trying to drive after dark . it had gotten to where I could not see to drive safely due to the LED and High Intensity headlights people are using now. I looked at the reviews on every pair of blue blockers on Amazon... i really did. this pair had an 80 and the closest was 76. Then i did some research outside of Amazon and found that the claims made by this mfg was inline with what other sources said about blue light and UV and green etc. So i took a chance. Last night I drove home from a wedding/reception 3 hours away from my home. I told my wife I'd drive until i experienced a problem. I pulled into my drive way and felt like I didn't have a problem the whole way. mountain roads, Highways, two lane roads i was in varied conditions including rain at night. I was able to see well enough to not have a problem. it literally makes the other headlights look yellowish to varied degrees. I'm not a scientist, I'm a 72 year old who doesn't want to have to depend on someone else driving to be safe at night. These have accomplished that and they fit well and are very comfortable. I feel like I have regained my independence/dignity back a little more and I don't have to ask my wife to drive like I was doing for about the last 6 months. I work in front of a screen most of the day and usually end up with dry eyes and some light tension headaches by the afternoon. Since I started wearing these, that’s noticeably improved. The tint gets some getting used to but I hear that these are way more effective than the "clear" types on the market. Other than the color of the lens, they look like pretty standard sunglasses so they don't get any stares. They’re comfortable, lightweight, and stay in place without needing constant adjustment. The design is simple and clean, which I really like. It also comes with a little pouch to carry them with to prevent scratches. I highly recommend!

These Blue Blocker Amber Glasses work great at alleviating the stress and strain on my eyes caused by watching TV at night, and they set the stage to allow me to relax, unwind, and to fall a sleep. I believe they protect my eyes from developing various eye ailments!

These were recommended by my sleep psychologist and they do what they're meant to do. They fit well. Unfortunately they didn't come with a case, so I have to be very careful about storing them in a way the lenses won't scratch.

I like the performance and fit of the glasses. I actually just got a 2nd pair after I tested them so I can have one in the office for work at the pc and one by my bed for using on the phone. I have had pains in my eyes from heavy screen time off and on for quite some time now and I have defiantly seen an easy in pain from day one and all of last week when I was on my pc. I noticed that on my phone usage I was still getting some pain but not as intense so I got another pair to make sure I remember to use when with my phone. I would recommend these glasses. As stated the spectrum of coverage is different and they do work better than my regular glasses that has the blue light protection. I assume it’s only for the higher range on my regular glasses.

Strong acylic material,not cheap feeling. Solid. Blue light blocking lens are just right for any sunny day. Totally removes the glare and the obtrusive light. Start using this type of glasses early in life now,because it is now known that all this blue light from computers and cell phones and LED's is what causes Cataracs as you get older. Beware of the blue light,go for the red.

It's really comfy just like a pair of glasses, way more comfy than uvex blue light goggles. And the build is sturdy too, can tell the company is passionate about safe lights for our eyes.

Great blue light filtering glasses. I have severe photophobia and these greatly improved my smartphone usage. Covers my field really well compared to other brands.

Glasses are great, I initially ordered the other ones but they were a bit too curved and the vision was less clear. These ones are slightly better less curved so less blurry vision. These took much longer to arrive but they seem good quality.
