Q: Will this charger work for Traxxas 7.2v 2200 mah Lipo batteries? Is there any mah that is too low?

Not sure, but be careful with this seller. One side did not work and I sent back 3 days later in original box and they kept $20 from the refund!!

This charger can be switched to High Output Mode where 1 port will use all 8Amps/100Watts of power. So you can charge your 10,000mAh (or 10Ah) battery at 8Amps. 10Ah / 8A = 1.25Hours

Q: Does it work for the Rustler batteries?

In short, yes. It will work with any 2S or 3S LiPo (7.4V or 11.1V). It will work with any 5cell to 8cell NiMH as well. Your batteries do not 'need' to have the Traxxas ID plug. You can use the standard Traxxas Plug as well. And if you don't have either of those, then you can use an adapter to go from the Traxxas Plug to a plug of your choice. Here is a link to some adapters that you can use.
