The charging time is also pretty reasonable—around 2 hours to go from zero to full.4.Fun LED Lights:The integrated LED lights are a nice touch, especially when riding in the evening. They’re bright, colorful, and add an extra layer of fun for kids.5.Safety Features:It has self-balancing technology, which makes it easier to control and safer for first-time users. For Real- stay away from this company!!After receiving the product, I charged the unit until the status light was green on the charger. Tried the unit and the left side was not engaging. I tried recalibrating 10+ times. The right side seemed to work ok, but the left side would do nothing, then all of a sudden engage for a second, then stop again. Creating a major safety concern!! I could hear the left side motor whirling but the wheel was not engaged. I tried re-calibrating a few more time, but still would not work properly. Waited a day and tried again, same results.I called Gotrax to troubleshoot. And Boy, was it the worst customer service I ever experienced! We made it about 3 sentences before she was saying it was my fault and there is nothing they could do. I told them, I received the product, charged it overnight and it was having said issues. She said “Oh you charged it too long, you damaged it.” I explained I charged it 8 hours, your instructions say “about 5 hours”. Not overly specific, Does Gotrax really expect kids to plug in a hoverboard and remember to unplug it Every Night?I said if it can be damaged if you charge over 5 hours, why not have more detailed instructions/warnings not to overcharge? I explained how this is unacceptable, to please let me talk to someone else, they replied “that’s what we are told to say” and no one else would help me. It was Wild. No hearing what was the matter with it, no troubleshooting, no recalibrating. Not even trying to help.

We bought 2 of these we loved them so much!! Great size, great battery life, connects to phone for music, great speed, great for outdoor use as I can handle bumps. Highly recommend this product!

so it showed up on time and worked for about two days and then started to glitch as my son called it and would not work correctly, after months they replace it with a different model not equal to the one purchased that only worked for about the same time and quit, now they are difficult to get a response from and seem to not want to replace it or issue a refund. amazon has done nothing to help or even try to

I bought the Gotrax QUESTPRO Hoverboard for my boyfriend, who's an avid snowboarder, thinking it might be a fun off-season activity. We've taken it for spins both inside the house and out in the garden a few times now. It's a blast! The hoverboard's LED lights and built-in music speaker add to the fun, making each ride feel like a mini adventure.However, it's not the easiest to control. Getting the hang of it definitely requires some patience and practice. We found it especially challenging to maneuver on uneven garden terrain, but it's super entertaining once you get it moving. It also turns out to be a decent workout—trying to stay balanced works your abs more than you might expect.While it's a lot of fun, I'd recommend new users take it slow and maybe practice in a safe, open space until they get comfortable. It's a great buy if you're looking for something to spice up your outdoor activities and don't mind a bit of a learning curve.

Arrived Broken or defective.... Right wheel would not light up nor rotate properly. Supper disappointed Kid on Christmas. We shall see how this warranty process goes...
