This works really well. And will easily run high-end games. The software runs a bit of an emulator. But everything works well. Heat level about normal.

I already bought this product twice. And each time after 2 years of use the device stops working and I have to buy a new one. I believe 2 years of use is not a lot for a graphic card.

So far so good, This cards sits headless (for now) in a dual graphics configuration as a compute unit in my desktop. a doublewide 1gb radeon hd6670 sits on the main rail consuming 49wtts and driving a 3 monitors eyefinity setup, the main card is a 480 processing units (cudas) running at 900mhz (clocked), this single slotted and silent card runs very discreet, consuming only 50 wtts from a second 75wtt rail. is not a speed racer of course, compared with higher end and more power hungry gpus out there there's no match. what do I personally have use for it and whats the advantage in my setup you may ask. well i have an almost 8 yr old dell t3400 workstation/quadcore/2.86mhz/8gbram wich by nowdays standards is not the fastest contender, but it has been strong and never failed on my. the main reason for this card was that my pu is only 400wtts and cannot support more than 75wtts per rail. with only 512 Pu's is only 36cores more than the radeon driving my monitors, rendering tests in sony vegas gave me ony a 10 second advantage over the other one...here's the great thing: many recent editions of NLE and Graphics programs will take advantage of a setup like this, in my case 2015 series of photoshop, illustrator, premiere and media encoder, sony vegas pro and movie platinum editions will take full advantage, da vinci resolve 11 and newer even the free version will recognize any amd card with over 1GB of video memory as a compute unit and will take full advantage over it. and here's the thing, it will not improve very much on speed if you have a 6/o/12 core cpu but it will make your computer more stable, taking some of the stress out of your main cpu/gpu's and guarantee that your video/graphics renderings gets done perfectly, i had done many 1080p videos downscaled from 2k canon (magic lantern) footage in resolve without a hitch and very smoothly. the only program that i know will not take full advantage of this card is after fx, cause their physics engine is propietary of nvidia and will not work on this one, only the higher end w7100 and up will be recognized as certified so far as of today. so be it whatever reason, single gpu, dual gpu, NOTE: i tried the w2100 and didn't cut it for me, only have 380 pu's vs 480 on the radeon) so keep that in mind, try to at least match or have more cores if planning a dual gpu setup. and one last very important thing: remember that many video editors out there will compute many of their encoding in your cpu and parts on your gpu, within video editors there's many effects (not all) that will compute in your GPU"s, some will do parallel, some will not. so keep that in mind so you don't fell disappointed. overall is a great card that adds a little more power and reduces my rendering times a lot.

Very satisfied with this card. Right now it's driving 3 ASUS PB287Q 28" 4K/ UHD 3840x2160 monitors at 60hz. No problem! No strange banding, flickering, lag, nothing. I haven't used it for gaming - but for software development, and creative applications (Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom Classic - very impressed. It handles all of it. Low power profile, footprint too. I bought it years ago and it sat in a drawer. Resurrected it this year for a new machine and I see no reason to replace it. Great performance for the price.

No directions for 4k connections! Took 3 days to get worthless answers. Used ATI/Sapphire products for years. GTX 960 connected & used 4k right out of the box! Nothing on Sapphire's site help I anyway! They obviously have no respect for 4k! I had an HDMI 2.0 cable & active mini display port adapter & my computer would not see anything higher than 1920x1080! I also noticed bad noise at default settings & have seen this with Video cards with cheap chips. When first turning on your computer with Windows 7 the W4100 has low color count, noise & text runs off the screen. When the Windows logo comes up it's noisy, low color & chunky. The GTX 960 handles initial boot like you would expect! Perfect color & the text stays on the screen.

I use Autocad 2d and 3d, 3ds max, photoshop and corel. Im an architect so I work with 3d models of buildings, etc... and some times the scenes get really heavy (polys = 5 millions or similar) I had a Radeon R2 and I change it for this video card to increase the viewport framerate. That didnt happen!! works exactly like the Radeon R2. It cames with special drivers for autocad 2010 and 2011... i use autocad 2016 now... so if you want it for work, dont buy it, it doesnt get the job done.Im sorry for my bad english!

Wanted to love it ... Wanted it to be my new "Stock" video card ( I'm a consultant )Used FirePro 2270 - 1 gig version for years - Terrific card by the wayThis is the "Upgrade" so to speak for the 2270 in the FirePro line.If you buy this card - make sure ALL of the monitors you are going to use are display port capable ... With my customer base I have a TON of old flat screen monitors that won't work with this card.

If the system has no gpu capable of "acceleration", the driver installer will fail. I had to use device manager to manually install the "driver" so the rest of the driver "installer" could run at all. garbage.the hardware, however, is quite excellent. displays only drop out occasionally!
