I found this machine to be excellent, in construction, usability and value. I had a small issue with purchase price, which the customer support corrected promptly, so I also rate the customer support very high.Shipping: Shipped well packaged. The carrier did treat it somewhat roughly, but no damage to the parts. Shipping was also fast, received the item two days before estimated.Construction and Assembly: Instructions were good, and the construction appeared to be top notch. All the welds were strong, the two bearings moved smoothly. All the parts were in there. I did have two sets of ratcheting sockets and wrenches which made assembly a breeze. One tip I have is to not take any of the nuts, bolts or washers out of the shrink wrap, just make a slit in the shrink wrap and take out what you need at each step. Some washers and nuts are close in size, so it is easier to identify when the parts stay with the labels on the wrap. Another tip is not to take the parts out of the plastic sleeves until needed for assembly, as the part numbers are on the plastic sleeves, and a couple of parts look alike, but are actually different.Usability: I am 6ft tall, and for me the adjustments covered the required ranges. Back, seat, thigh support and 360 degree rotation adjustments all worked well. No creaks or wobble at any stage, I only went up to 150lb, I am sure it can handle more easily.Overall I am very happy with this machine.

Perfect for a home gym and once a week use, not the quality or build you find in a commercial gym but works perfectly for what I need. Wish the handles had more of an angle to them so it was easier to get in and out. Pretty sturdy, I've had up to 200 lbs on it and no issue. I do like how I can adjust the pitch of the seat as well to get the most out of my leg extensions. Great find! Definitely recommend for a home gym

The leg support for both cushions bend or aren't even when you try to perform the workouts, making the left leg workout more and the right barely gets a workout. Most of the weight/pad sits more firmly on your left leg than what is distributed on the right leg... therefore making your left leg do more than the right. I have contacted the company and have not heard back from them. So until the issue is fixed, I have to do single leg extensions so my legs don't get an uneven workout. For the money paid, you'd expect to be able to do leg extensions with both legs at the same time. Otherwise, the machine seems well built. I will upgrade to five stars if the company answers me and fixes the issue.Company has responded... sent me a new machine and are sending a complimentary 100 lb. set of weight plates. I will update my review once I get back from vacation and put the new machine together. The company is very responsive.Update 9/03/24: The replacement machine has the same design flaw. However, the customer service agreed to give me a full refund. The bearings in this machine also wear out and pretty much fall out in pieces. Such a waste of money. Avoid the hassle and waste of money.

This is a solid piece of equipment for a home gym. The price point was good and the equipment is sturdy and gives the workout that it's intended for. Like others have mentioned, the handle bars are in the way when getting in and out of the seat, but it's really only a problem when you're burnt out from the reps. Also note that you will have to add more weight than you normally would on a commercial gym leg extension machine because the weights move in a circular motion, no just straight up and down.Now I originally had a problem with a defective piece that caused my leg bar and weight bar to "wobble" and couldn't really workout properly. However, after sending video to customer service, they replaced the entire machine, not just the piece - with no hassle.

I am a personal trainer that really values the equipment I use on myself and my wife as well as my clients. I look for long term durability, easy to use, as well as being functional and having multiple purposes for the use of the machines I get and this definitely does everything I need it to do. The different seat and back levels are perfect and the padding that goes on your hip, calf’s and heel is perfect for different peoples needs. I am 110% satisfied with this product and the price was perfect as well. It does what it needs to do and more! Definitely a 100 out of 10 for this machine.

I purchased this machine 2 weeks ago and have really been enjoying it. Took an hour or so to set it up. It comes with 2 wrenches that are stamped metal but it would take you quite a while if you just used those. You will want to use a socket wrench and box wrench. The set up instructions were clear and easy to follow. I really like the adjustability of the machine from the backrest, seat and leg extension and curl. Not sure how well this would work if you are really tall but I am 6'1" and it works well for me. I am happy I did not go with a cheaper machine because this machine is solid. The only part that is kind of questionable is the plate holder the rod is welded and fits small standard plates but for olympic plates it has a plastic slide on with a set screw to keep it from coming off. Not really a problem but the only part of the machine that is just not really built well. Would of liked to see the slide on piece made of metal. Have had several workouts and am using it on every leg day. I would recommend this machine for anyone as a good addition to your home gym.
