Everything seems to be in order, including the clamps locking tight, motor working, etc. (The thing looks great, btw.) My problem is that I expected to actually SEE the fog or mist coming out of the 3 nozzles but there is nothing visible. I thought perhaps this is how it's supposed to work but when I viewed the how-to video on this page I can see clearly the fog as it comes out of the unit. My idea has been to run it LONGER which I'm doing right now (it's in my mini-barn) - and my other thought was that maybe as the unit continues to run, the spray might un-clog the nozzles (??) As with another reviewer I had this in the box for too long before using it for the first time today, so I don't think any warranties are still in effect. When I last checked there seemed to be a very slight coating on the casing of the unit itself - though I couldn't see anything on the wooden surfaces of my shed. It is so slight as to almost be undetectable, so I'm sure this is not the correct operation... ...This is an update. This company has excellent customer service. When I called I received a brand new unit within two days. It also came with a shipping label to return the original defective unit, so now I am a very satisfied customer.

BIG negative is that even if bought from Amazon Australia (as I did) the model sent is 110v NOT the 240V that it is also available in and required for Australia. Also the brand sent is "CREATECH" NOT Concrobium. Probably the same machine....but hey, it wasn't as advertised. So now I've had to purchase a Giantz 2000W 240V to 110V Step Down Stepdown Transformer Voltage Converter AU-US at an extra cost to me of A$103.95. I may (or may not) have been able to argue for a return & replacement with a 240v model...but allowing for the time wasted going down that avenue (I need the job done ASAP) it was a better choice overall to cough up the extra A$103.95 for the converter. Hopefully it will now work & kill the mould...but overall NOT a good experience.

The construction quality is good and it has a powerful motor. A good spray/mist is produced. Use with “Mold Control” seems to be fairly effective. I used it on a basement that had been flooded - with fairly severe mold. The only thing that I think is out of line is the price tag, at over $500 CAD. On the other hand, this aerator and the “Mold Control” product seem to be one of the only effective remedies for large space mold problems. It is yet to be seen if this will be completely effective (I have only used it once, with 2 gallons of Mold Control), but if it is, it will be a much more cost-effective solution to professional remediation (at thousands of dollars).

It did come with 1 filter in the box, which you can wash and reuse. I was not sure so I ordered filters at the same time, which are NOT inexpensive. It's simple to use, follow the instructions and make sure you have that filter on. Concrobium will collect on the machine and on the filter. You will need to wash the machine down with a warm wet cloth as well as running it with just water and soap to clean it. I filled the pot with a little more than 1/2 of the volume to treat a 1400 sqft basement. There's not much to the innerworkings, but you should register it by simply sending them an email to get the 5 year warranty. It's an expensive machine for what it does, and like I said, the filters are expensive too.
