The Phonak Domes were easy to order and came quickly. Having ordered them in the past I found them to be exactly the same as ones I have gotten from my audiologist. It was well worth the process of ordering for myself as the cost definitely was less than an office visit and I have numerous domes so I can change them as I see the need.

these are generic replacement for the swiss made product. they work. quality is okay. would by again for my Phonak hearing aids.

BTW... Audicus Omni Series 2 is MADE by PHONAK (Sonova) I found out (from PHONAK) that these 4.0 M Domes will fit the SDS 5 receivers. They "pop" into place, just like the ones received with aids... Save yourself some bucks... and buy from OTTO TECH... (I read reviews on a couple of other vendors and the purchasers said domes were NOT in Sonova packaging.
