Good for unofficial use
This kit came in handy for my research project of plant growth and how the soil effects it. The testing is very vague and cut and dry for results sake. Even so, the instructions were super self explanatory. I just wish that there wasn't as much secrecy in regards to the tablets contents, as well as how they work. This is great if you just want a ball park for your plants rather then an exact.

This soil test kit makes it pretty easy to check the key nutrients—nitrogen, potassium, phosphorus—and pH. Just a heads-up: the reagent tablets come in three different types, so be sure to use the right ones. Overall, it works well, and I’m happy to have this handy and reliable kit!
