Organic Dill Relish, 10 oz

This pickle relish adds a nice burst of flavor to hot dogs, burgers, and potato salad. The texture is pleasantly crunchy, and the pickle pieces are evenly chopped, which makes it easy to spread and mix into recipes. I like the balance of vinegar and spice, and a little goes a long way. It definitely brightens up simple meals. On the downside, it’s slightly sweeter than I prefer, so it may not suit everyone’s taste. I also wish the jar were a bit easier to reseal cleanly. Overall, it’s a tasty, convenient condiment that works well for everyday use and classic recipes!

Genuine, old-fashioned relish flavor - especially good with sausages of various kinds. And not a hint of sugar!…my only complaint about this product is the use of distilled vinegar. Apple cider vinegar would have superior flavor and health qualities. ))

I try really hard to buy products without preservatives and dyes. I use a lot of dill pickle relish and love this product! I wish it didn't have the xanthan gum, but at least the colors are natural, and the ingredients are organic. Great price on a great priduct.

Growing up in New England we predominantly had dill relish. In the intervening years, supermarket shelves (in NYC, anyway) have stocked sweet relish, Indian relish, and hot dog relish (a mix of sweet relish & mustard.). The only acceptable tartar sauce for me is the one of my youth: mayo, lemon juice, a tiny bit of garlic, dried dill, and DILL relish. So happy to have found a new source for it!

Tasty pickles i would buy again.
