LIFX Gamer Bundle

If you want to get a lot of LED's, LIFX has great deals on their bundles and I've loved these lights since the day I set them up. The lights have so much color and brightness range I can use them as both a nightlight and to light up my whole bedroom with what feels the brightness of the sun to get me up in the mornings. The app works well and has good descriptions of the features. There's so much customization for the lights. The lights also work very well with Samsung's SmartThings and Google Home, although you'll have access to more features and customization in the LIFX app.

Wrong bundle arrived than advertised. Shows with two color changing bulbs. Came with extensions instead. I had read the other reviews hoping they were wrong…. Nope! We sent back and found another bundle.

Contacted Lifx support about an issue I was facing with my lightstrip. Support was helpful at first and acknowledged there was a problem with my lights and that they were not working correctly. I performed all requested troubleshooting, but the issue persisted. I requested a replacement or additional troubleshooting steps to fix the broken light and at that point LIFX quit responding and has ignored me since. I have sent 3 follow up emails and it's been over a week now with no contact. Really sad that support doesn't stand behind their products or honor warranty claims. I will be requesting a return with Amazon and/or reporting this to my credit card company.

I bought these lights to use as a less abrupt alarm clock in conjuction with an actual alarm clock that would go off 30 minutes after these are aupposed to start turning on. They worked exactly once after over 4 hours and multiple weeks of attempting to set the schedule. To top this off, even basic functions seem to have issues. Turning my lights on and off is a huge hassle because they often struggle to connect to the internet. My biggest regret was not trying them out as soon as I got them because i was just past the return window when i learned they didnt work. Don't waste your money, these lights are absolutely worthless.
