I have very long and thick hair. If I wanted to ombre it or add highlights, would this be a good product?

I think it might work for you. I've used it a couple times with no issues but I make sure there is AT LEAST 6 months between bleaching. If you have sensitive skin, you might want to explore other brands. Doing an allergy test every time you use bleach or dye is crucial. The hair loss mentioned in other comments could be caused by 1. Didn't do an allergy test with a small amount of hair before bleaching all of it. 2. The scalp was too sensitive. 3. Bleach and developer were not measured correctly. 4. Did not follow the instructions provided. 5. It could have been beyond the expiration date. I had some hair loss after the first time I bleached my hair because it was something new and my scalp overreacted.

My hair is naturally ash blonde and doesn't bleach easily. 20 mins only 2 shades lighter. Will this work? How long should I leave it on?

All Hair is different, twenty minutes probably does go two shades lighter, but you also have to realize how many shades there are now a days. To get my bleach blonde tone I leave it in for a little less than an hour. It's recommended not to leave it in longer than an hour or your hair will like fall out or something, plus it stops working anyways. This product does work, you would would just have to check the shade every 10 minutes until you get the color you want. If you use it just make sure to do all the necessary care tips before bleaching it and after.

can someone tell me the difference between volume 40 and 30?

40 is a stronger bleach than 30. You have to wait longer for 30 or 20 to achieve the result of 40, but a lower level is more ideal to have less damage. Either way, keep checking the sample hair every 5 or 10 minutes to get an idea of how long to wait. Good luck.

I want to do a multi color ombré on my dark brown hair. but i can only have my hair like that for 5 weeks. what will happen if i colour my hair dark?

Hi Ashleigh! If you are only able to have your ombre for a few weeks and then you need to go back to dark brown, you will need to fill the color in with something like a gold or red. Otherwise, the dark pigment in your hair will fall out and the hair will become muddy and green colored. This is due to there being a lack of pigment in the cortex of the hair, which inhibits the color molecules from adhering to the hair. We hope this helps! Premetto che ho preso per errore il decolorante più forte della serie mentre a me interessava solo schiarire di qualche tono per fare poi un color rame che prendesse bene anche nella ricrescita. Funziona benissimo, anche troppo, e per ora non mi sembra che i miei capelli si siano rovinati. Io l'ho lasciato in posa solo dieci minuti sperando schiarisse poco, invece è uscito un giallo uovo incredibile 😂

Ich hatte mir sehr viele Gedanken gemacht, ob ich meine Haare wirklich selbst zuhause bleichen will, besonders, da mich - ironischerweise - Bleach Fail Videos dazu inspiriert haben. Meine Haare sind dunkelbraun (Level 3) und sehr fein. Mit dem Kit habe ich meine Haare nach Packungsanweisung behandelt und ein helles Orange 🍊 herausbekommen, das ich dann mit grün und ein paar Wochen später mit rot einfärben konnte. Da knallige Farben mein Ziel waren, hat das vollkommen gereicht. Meine Haare sind weder ausgefallen noch kaputt gegangen. An das Ziel "helles Blond" hätte ich mich damit allerdings nicht gewagt.
