Q: What is the difference between this and the white one?

I sold Watkins for years but the difference is the white stuff is a rubbing liniment and red is a patting liniment. You do not want to rub the red on but put some in the palm of your hand and pat it. White is great for arthritis and red for muscle.

Q: My mother had an old bottle of his horse liniment that we used growing up. It was fabulous. Still have the empty bottle. Has the formula changed?

My Grandfather swore by this stuff & used it on all the family + the animals!!! I have no idea if the formula has changed as you couldn't tell what is in it these days, IF you could figure out what the ingredients were!!! Read my review of 10/17/15. Just happy that it hasn't been discontinued like all other good things you want to use!!!

Q: Does this work for foot aches/ pains after working on your feet all day?

Yes. It works great for foot pain as well as minor back pain. It does have a strong odor. I apply it with a cloth and wash my hands thoroughly after application. I also use it on my ankles, heels and joints.
