I picked up the Webcam Full HD 1080P with Built-in Microphone and Rotatable Tripod, Carbon Fiber Board, and Privacy Cover, and it’s been a great addition to my setup. The video quality is sharp and clear at 1080P, and the built-in microphone captures audio much better than I expected—it’s crisp without too much background noise, making it perfect for Zoom, Skype, and FaceTime calls. The auto light correction is a huge plus. Even in lower light conditions, the webcam adjusts well so I don’t look washed out or overly shadowed. The adjustable field of view makes it flexible whether I’m doing a one-on-one video chat or recording for YouTube. Great web cam for a great price. Set up was as easy as plugging it in. Worked right out of the box as it should. I like the small compact tripod it comes with. Video is clear and accurate with great resolution. Microphone works perfectly. I like that it has a privacy shutter. it has a green light to show that video is on. Red light means the unit is on. Nice long cord so that it can sit on my monitor if I don't want to use the tripod.

Works great and is exactly how it was described. Much better than webcams I have had in the past. Also still works decently in low light conditions where a lot of cams struggle. It's very rigidly built, and has actually taken a few falls caused by clumsiness and is absolutely unscathed. Picture clarity is great. It really doesn't take up to much room on top of my monitor. It does seem to feature auto focusing and some color correction in very bright conditions. Overall a very nice product. Would recommend to others looking for a new webcam and would likely purchase again if needed.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Microsoft Windows default camera didn't recognize this, but I found a camera to download from the Microsoft store for free called Canva and it records can use this to take pictures on the room. You can also edit and change the videos captured. This camera was so easy to install. You literally just plug it in! It also picks up what human eyes don't typically see. Very Sharp picture with a wide angle Sees far distance without blurring. It views the whole room. I can even set it to record when I am sleeping or not home. It also is useful for video chat. I can use it with Microsoft Teams or Google meet. The microphone is sharp and clear. I can speak to this Co Pilot AI with this camera and also have a video conversation with it. I had been wanting a microphone to speak to the computer. I can also use it to speak to Word, and it type my writings out for me. Now I can have my virtual meetings through the computer instead of draining the battery on my phone.

I wanted this for video conferencing on my desktop PC. I mounted the camera about 18" away and 6" above from my face. The lens is so wide angle that it takes in nearly the whole room and leaves my head occupying only about 1/8 of the screen. Both the style of the mounting clamp and in the ad, it shows the camera mounted on the edge of a laptop screen. In that situation, the lens might be closer enough to the subject to be useful- but most laptops already have a camera built in. If used for taking in an entire conference room of people a wide angle might be useful. But if you need something for a one person desktop environment this isn't what you need.
