The whole truth . . .
This item arrived quickly and well packaged. The installation was extremely simple if you have access to the hole and the water source. I noticed some people were trying to mount this to a stainless steel sink directly (not to granite or other counter material) and it can be done but understand that you will have movement because the sink metal is very thin and the faucet is very solid which will result in some flexing of the sink. Mounting to a solid counter top material is probably preferred if you wish to eliminate movement. Now on to the things to note: The nozzle does not move very far, in other words, if you want to spray the bottom of your sink you will need to do this from a distance because the head of the nozzle will not extend out or reach down beyond a few inches from it's locked in position - not very flexible (more looks than function). If you are expecting total freedom in movement away and up and down, nope. Yes you can swing it around but you can't pull it away or down into the sink. The height of the faucet is not as big as others so if you are thinking it is industrial size, it is not. Another thing to be aware of is that when you are using hot water you will feel the heat through the nozzle if you are holding it for a long time so depending on the temperature of your hot water that could get uncomfortable. Now on a positive note; it feels very well made and sturdy. The water pressure is fantastic, in fact may be a little too strong but we can adjust that in the handle when turning it on or through the faucet's head controller. I'm sure we will get accustomed to the adjustments over time. The last and perhaps a very important point for some buyers is that the company is not well represented online. I have not been able to contact the manufacturer or determine the source of repair parts for any future problems. I am normally hesitant to buy from unknown sources but the price of this faucet compared to some others of similar design is very very good so I figured if it lasts a few years I'll he happy and if I can't find parts if and when I need them, I'll just replace it. So the bottom line is that for a good price you'll get a nice looking faucet that works well and if you are willing to put up with the few compromises or learning curves, it is a good deal. Hopefully I will remember to update this review after using the faucet for some time to give a better perspective on performance and durability. UPDATE: Well it’s been almost six years and I must admit that the faucet has impressed. Last year I purchased a second one anticipating a problem so I would have a replacement on hand if needed. Well, didn’t need it! The spring part is not very flexible and prevents the sprayer from reaching some parts of the sink but that is easily overcome by the water pressure and accurate aim. The faucet may seem complicated because it has two water taps and an adjustable pressure knob but my house has great psi so use that to keep from splashing when the kids slam the faucet knob to full on. The keeps the water stream steady regardless of how open the faucet is. Not only is this of good quality, it works great, and looks fantastic. I am changing my opinion to five stars from my original 4.

Solid faucet; great customer service
We have had this faucet for over 3 years, now. Our water is notoriously hard and this faucet takes it like a champ. Plastic bag with CLR for an hour or so and it's all good. The gasket between the faucet and the hose died a couple of weeks ago and it started leaking at the joint. Could not find a replacement anywhere. Tried a bunch of solutions that didn't work. Finally had the bright idea to contact the company. A couple of emails and the gasket arrived in the mail! It's a faucet. It does what it's supposed to do. The customer service was fantastic.

Looks great and has held up well
Overall really pleased with this after a few weeks of use. Spray is strong (TBH it sprays up onto the counter alot and more than my previous one). But other than the overspray, I'm pleased with how easy the install was and the useable quality. Not saying its as nice as the ones that go for 3x the price -- as there are some plastic parts. But it is solid and has stood up to heavy use for a few weeks with no issues. I'm comfortable recommending it. Note that in the photo it is the center faucet. Also note that the soap pump shown in the photo is NOT the matching one, its just one I already had installed. I'm keeping the matching one as a spare. The photo shows only the facuet innstalled.

Very happy so far
Like others I found this after thinking I would have to spend a lot more at one of the big box stores. This faucet was half the price of what I was considering, has better features, and it showed up next day after ordering it late at night. Faucet was very easy to install despite minimal instructions. I like the looks, unit seems to be well built, and the moving parts operate smoothly. The spray strength is adjustable and it sprays very hard on max. You can set the hot/cold mix and the water force and then leave it set that way, that control is separate from the controls that dispense the water. So when you hit the spray valve or turn on the fill spout the temp and force are always the same. The color water temperature indicator on the pot fill spout is cool! One thing to note, the faucet comes with two water supply lines, one with red striping (hot) and one with blue striping (cold). These screw into the bottom of the faucet and are tightened hand-tight (no way to get a wrench in there). There are double o-rings on the connector, so no problem with it leaking despite being hand-tight. I couldn't find it marked on the faucet which hose went where. I guessed correctly, that when looking at the faucet as it is mounted on the sink the hot hose goes to connector on the left side. Worse case you get the hot and cold backwards and have to re-connect the hoses at the supply valves. If anything breaks or leaks in the future I'll revise my review, but for now 5x*.

Great product and customer service.
I had this faucet just over one year and it has performed great. I like the light up design that reflects the temperature of the water and the sturdiness of the faucet overall. Unfortunately, the handle on the larger sprayer popped out of place and I could not repair it by simply using glue. I contacted the company and in light of my not having insurance on the product, they wanted to ensure I was satisfied, so they are sending me a new one. I thank them so much for the great customer service in a time where it is hard to come by. Go with them for the product and stay with them for the customer service.

Faucet broke after 6 weeks of use....
I purchased this faucet back in June but didn’t have time to install it right away. A plumber finally installed it for us, and at first we absolutely loved it — strong water pressure, smooth operation, and the LED light was a fun bonus. Unfortunately, after about six weeks of normal use, the faucet started “wheezing” loudly, as if the water flow is being blocked somewhere near the end of the spout where the light is. Around the same time, the light stopped working entirely. Very disappointed, because the faucet seemed great at the start, but something inside clearly failed far too quickly.

Could be better, could be worse
I didn't dock any stars for this, but it is not a pull down. But that was my fault for not noticing. Just letting some of you know. I've had another faucet from this brand in my list for awhile now, and my kitchen faucet finally went bad, so had no choice but to buy a replacement. I saw this one on a lightning deal, and it looked very similar, but had the extra spout in the middle. So I jumped on it mainly because of the savings. Again, my fault. Some issues: When it arrived, box wasn't sealed or anything like that and the tab to keep box closed was not in good shape. I opened and reached in to grab product to check on product. I got stabbed by a little piece of the mesh that was loose (picture). Very little but very sharp/pointy too. Decided to keep it still as rest of faucet looked in good shape and didn't feel like going through hassle of returning. But this does not bode well for durability/reliability concerns. During installation, realized the supply lines are very short. I would recommend measuring to make sure these will reach. Mine wouldn't and I had to wait til next day (i waited til 5pm before I left home, and this didn't arrive til ~9 pm! Then I didn't get home til very late) to go to Home Depot to resolve this issue. I still gave it a 4* rating for ease installation, because other than the lines being too short, very easy installing process even if you've never done one before. The middle spout is also very short. It barley clears edge of sink. It almost feels useless because of how low its situated too. Main spout/nozzle is also very low. If you have a deep sink, it may not be too bad. Overall: The water pressure of nozzle is amazing, too good to be honest lol. The sensitivity of main handle isn't the best, so it was either very low pressure, or lots of splashback. Overall, not a bad buy for the price. But concerns with longterm reliability (who knows how long before mesh could opened up more) and the location of nozzle and spout made me return product. I ended up spending a little more and got a Kraus ($20 more, on sale though) instead. It came in and right away you can tell difference in quality. The supply lines were reasonably long too. But...well,, thats a different review;) I wouldn't steer people away from this, especially if you're on a tight budget, but I'd personally recommend spending a little more for something better.
