Really impressed, has virtually cut snoring out.

Far too big for my mouth so couldn’t use. No idea if it would have worked.

This is quite a large mouthpiece, I could not even fit the whole unit in my mouth. Probably because I have (officially) got a small bite area and had to have 4 premolars and all 4 wisdom teeth removed by the time I was 19 due to overcrowding.Even taking the silicone guards off and trying to mould them proved nearly impossible. So as I can't use it, I can't give a review if it works or not. Pity as I was hopeful.

I was a bit sceptical on the device working when I first tried it, due to how large it felt in my mouth.I am on the 2nd night of trial now and overall it does feel fine to sleep with. I did wake up with a little jaw ache on day two but pleased so far.The essential test was how well did the wife sleep! And I can confirm that the device does work and it got her full approval. Hopefully no more sleep deprived crazy wife!Definitely worth trying the device if your partner suffers as a result of your snoring.

After years of snoring I wanted to address the issue as it was affecting not only me but my partner.I was slightly sceptical that it would be comfortable to sleep with and that it would work.I personally had little issue sleeping with it, like others have commented there is tendency to produce more saliva but that was manageable.Having worn it prior to going to bed to get used to it I was set to see how well it worked.In the morning my wife said it had indeed reduced the snoring to just normal breathing. I was then keen to see if this was a one night wonder but I can say after successive nights it does work.I'm delighted with it

My jaw was a little sore after the first couple of nights, but then I found it became more and more comfortable. 'Just persevere with it' would be my advice. Using it now is like second nature and it has eliminated my snorning. I found that 60 seconds in boiling water and just 1 second dipping it in cool water worked best for me.
