I have to admit that I have somewhat of a handbag obsession and love having lots of different styles and colours to match my chosen outfit or occasion, the only thing now is to try and hide it from my husband.This handbag is a nice change from the traditional rectangular shape, being longer at the bottom opposed to the top giving it a triangular shape and I like that it is different and stands out from the crowd. The handle and main body are constructed from singular pieces of material making it far more sturdy compared to bags which have the handles stitched onto the bag. The PU leather used throughout the handbag is slightly textured and of good quality and could easily pass as “real leather”. The stitching is all well presented with no loose threads again adding to the quality of this handbag. The detachable strap has the same quality finish and is adjustable via a belt buckle clasp.One thing I found when using this bag, if I’m in a busy place I like to hold my bag via the handle over my shoulder and under my armpit so it’s close to my body for security even more so with no closure on this bag. While it fitted, due to where the two parts of the handle are stitched together it was quite uncomfortable against my bare shoulders.The main part of the bag has no means of fastening which is a shame even if it was a basic magnetic stud fastener, there is however a inner compartment which fastens so you can keep your valuables safe. The handbag has a good capacity and easily fits my phone, purse, keys and some essential make-up with room to spare.Value wise this is probably a bit on the expensive side for a PU leather handbag, but it does look premium and hopefully it won't crack or peel as can happen with this type of material.

Definitely recommend. Really lovely little bag. Bought it for a funeral so was worried it might look cheap and nasty but no, very smart

PresentationThe CHAMAIR Leather Tote Bags for Women was supplied in a plastic bag containing another cloth bag to protect the actual leather bag whilst in transit.First ImpressionsTaking the bag from the packaging, you are presented with in my case a beige PU leather handbag with built in handles as part of the body and stitching detail around those handles, which also have a little stitched in detail at the top of the handle which matches that on the body and base. There is a also a small loop on the outside of the handbag edge for (I presume) a keyring attachment. Inside the handbag the inner walls are coloured brown and there are three compartments, one either side of a central smaller compartment secured by a magnetic fastener and could be used for cash, debit cards etc. Atop of that central compartment are two loops, one at either end of that compartment to which the supplied longer shoulder strap can be attached if desired. The PU leather is very supple and could easily be mistaken for the real thing, but I did find it was a little crumpled around the handles and I also had a couple of loose threads that had not been picked up and dealt with – not a disaster as I did that before presenting the handbag to my wife for use.Day To Day UseMy wife likes this – she thinks it is dainty but perfect for social meetings or just out and about for the day. It has sufficient room for all of her needs such as phone, cards, keys along with any ladies accessories such as lipstick and her compact with mirror. I would have liked to see a fastening of some sort on the top to prevent anything spilling out or anyone helping themselves to the contents as it is wide open when stood up. I also thing that some stiffener would have been useful to stop the handles sagging when standing alone on a surface but these are small matters and not showstoppers.Summing UpAll in all this is a simple but quite elegant looking handbag that could be paired with casual or business attire with ease and you would be hard pressed to tell it is PU leather at all, the shape has a nice aesthetic and the simple detail is effective.

Lovely little bag...can get quite a bit in and I love the little pocket in the middle which fits my flip phone
