調理前に少々油を塗って予熱する必要はあるが、魚、ステーキ、ハンバーグ、餅、野菜、全てに最高な焼き加減が約束されている。 別に、四角い蓋を買うと、蒸し焼きができて便利。 手入れも楽。 汚れが付いたら、グリルパンの中で湯を沸かして汚れを少々煮れば、簡単に落ちる。 深さがあり湯が多く入れられるため、やりやすい。 調理直後に急いで洗わなくても大丈夫。 当分の間、熱が冷めないから、食後にゆっくり洗えばいい。 鋳物なので、洗った後は錆び防止は必要で水気をサッと拭きとり加熱し完了。 鋳物製の優れた商品は多いだろうけど、このVictoria社のグリルパンは、隆起の加減、深さ、大きさなど、日々使うのにとてもバランスがよいと感じる。 それに価格が良心的で2025年9月には5,500円だった。 ダブルループハンドルは、場所を取らず、オーブンにも入れられる点も優秀。 他の人にも、心からおすすめしたい。 しかし、私が購入したあと、Amazonで正規の取り扱いがなくなったのか?1万円超えで販売され残念。

ステーキが美味しい くっつかない

Love that it was delivered the very next day of ordering. No seasoning required as advised by many. Just used it immediately after washing and the steaks turned out perfect! A true cast iron pan!

Only takes about four or five minutes to pre-heat it on the stove, and about two and a half minutes on either side for the steak (assuming you've taken the steak out of the fridge for about twenty minutes to get it to room temperature). Bit of a pain to get the stuck-on bits off, but that's just because I'm trying to be gentle with it compared to how I wildly scrub my other, cheap pans. But it's easy to use and not that big of a deal - it's just a different way of cleaning it than I'm used to. :)

Ottimo prodotto in ghisa e senza sostante tossiche per una cucina più sana. Consiglio a tutti l'acquisto ma cosa molto fondamentale mantenere la stagionatura. Dopo averla lavata asciugarla immediatamente prima con un panno e poi io do anche una leggera scaldata sui fornelli per levare completamente l umido in modo da prevenire la ruggine. Poi faccio stagionatura vera e propria con olio. Prenderò anche la Padella da 30cm dello stesso brand. PS. Ovviamente trattandosi di ghisa non è leggera ma questo è scontato.
