Ca, Mg & Zn in one supplement
While most calcium supplements provide 1000-1200 mg of calcium in 2 tablets this calcium supplement only provides 600mg. I prefer the stronger dose. For those who want to supplement at the lower level it would be just as easy to only take one tablet of a higher dose formulation. The gummy is pleasantly tasty with a decent texture. It's just shy of delicious but I truly don't want my supplements to be delicious. While magnesium and zinc are also important for bone health they can complete with calcium and decrease or limit calcium uptake. Hence, it's often advised that magnesium and zinc supplements be taken separately.Calcium carbonate is the calcium source in this supplement. Calcium carbonate has been found to have lower bioavailability compared to calcium citrate. Due to this, it is advisable that this supplement be taken with meals.Notably, vitamin D3 & vitamin K2 are excellent additions to this supplement. Both have been shown to promote calcium absorption.Per the listing the product is 3rd party tested and certified. The bottle indicates this supplement is non GMO, vegan, gluten free, sugar free & allergen free. I wish it was also GMP certified but I am happy to see third party testing and certification.I'd prefer a stronger dose of calcium, as well as omitting the magnesium and zinc, but this is an overall decent supplement. Those seeking to supplement with a lower dose of calcium, or who prefer the convenience of magnesium, zinc & calcium in a single supplement should consider this supplement..

Not so sure....
Wow - these are tasty (not all gummies are). They are sugar free but the type of sweetener is missing from the label on the bottle I received. So, if you have allergies to specific sweeteners, this product may not work out for you due to the lack of ingredient info. The Calcium carbonate in this product (only 46% of the daily requirement for an adult on a 1500 calorie diet) is not as easily digested as calcium citrate, so it's not as bioavailable. Something to consider if you want to use this product as a good source of calcium. Not sure these are certified good manufacturing process (cGMP) as there is no lot number or expiration date on the bottle I received and those are part of the cGMP requirements. There is no contact information on the label - also a GMP requirement. There is no indication of third party testing for potency and purity and not sure where these are made. None of these things are required for supplements, but I typically only like to order and use supplements with a higher level of quality. The D3 in this product is plant based Cholecalciferol and provides 125% of the daily recommended value (DV). Zinc, the form of Zinc citrate is 68% and the K2 (manaquinone 7) is 80%, respectively, of the DV. There are no probiotics or additional ingredients listed that would promote bioavailability of the ingredients (like black pepper or vitamin C).In summary, I am not so sure about the quality of these vitamins without the full disclosure of ingredients, lack of expiration date and lot number, and lack of contact information (and where are these made?).

Zing?
As a pharmacist, I know that OTC regulations are very loose and manufacturers can put almost anything on and in the bottle without consequence. It is a little bit concerning to receive a bottle of "zing" and it makes you question the reliability of the company. The mango pineapple flavor is very nice. The gummies are a little bit firm but they still manage to clump up. Again, I am unable to confirm the contents of the supplements but must trust that it is more or less as advertised.

Terrible
Terrible fraud. They couldn't even spell the word zinc, instead they spelled it zing. No ingredients list on the bottle. I scroll down and it's from China. It's going into the trash

Delicious Raspberry Flavor
Like most seniors, I need to take two huge calcium pills each day to prevent osteoporosis. In addition, as an active senior living in the desert, I experience cramping calve muscles on a daily basis, especially if I get dehydrated after exercise. I've tried several remedies and found that a combination of calcium, Magnesium and Zinc supplements help prevent osteoporosis, leg cramping and muscle inflammation. The problem I have had taking large, combination pills, is that they are difficult to swallow and that I get tummy upset with some of the pill and capsule supplements. I was looking to try a gummy for my tummy and so ordered a 60 count bottle of Calcium Magnesium Zinc Gummies with Vitamin D3 & K2 for Bone, Muscle & Immune Support. High Potency Enhanced Absorption in delicious Raspberry from The Pretty Smart Food Co. There are other vitamins and minerals in these gummies like vitamin D3 and K2. These are not sugar free gummies but are only 12 calories per gummy. I first tried eating 1/2 dose, which is one gummy, at night with a little food. I didn't have cramping that night but did the next day so I ate two more gummies the next afternoon, with my lunch of course. I have not had tummy issues from magnesium, even eating two gummies. I think that my cramping episodes are less intense and less frequent. My muscles don't feel as sore either. The most difficult part is not to eat more than two gummies a day because they have a good raspberry taste. I will continue eating two gummies a day until I run out and can give the raspberry flavored, Calcium Magnesium Zinc Gummies by The Pretty Smart Food Co. a 5 star rating.
