This is a nice set of bands, strong work well. I have been using them consistently and like them,One negative is the small clip, it can be slightly difficult to switch The handles.

A couple of the band broke after a few uses. When they break it does not feel all that good....

Used one of my bands for TWO SETS! and it broke on the end. Very poorly crafted bands. If they can’t last more than one work out session, they should definitely reconsider the design.
