This is my third bottle of Natrols 5-HTP 100mg fast dissolving tablets. They have an enjoyable berry flavor that's mild tasting and once you place it in your mouth it dissolves immediately. I like that they use Xylitol because it's also beneficial for your oral health. As the bottle states you don't need water with these because they dissolve completely. The best part is that they are fast acting and I can feel a difference in a shorter amount of time which is a big plus. Natrol is a brand I trust and I will continue taking these. The price is good for a 30 tablet supply because of the potency and a great way to try them if you are looking for a good brand of 5-HTP to help elevate your mood and stay calm.

I think these are one of the best 5htp products on the market. Good quality, good value for price, and taste good.

Tastes like a dessert 🍰 Which is good. Plus good for you to take, not too grainy. This is a good brand, and I like using them, helps me with serotonin uptake and a good mood all day. If you have the occasional moderate blues or downs try this. It will help perk you up. I never knew they had chewables, normally I don't get that kind but I can't find this medicine anywhere else now, or for as cheap as the chews were. Wild berry flavor.

This product works really well for helping me and my husband decompress with anxiety issues.. The flavor of these dissolvables is wonderful but if we have not eaten at least a substantial snack it can majorly upset our stomachs. It gets into the system quickly and as such we like it as an addition to a daily time release for when we need an extra boast.

I have suffered from an anxiety disorder literally since early childhood and this stuff really helps...ive never been into or willing to take pharmacuetical drugs but this along with healthy diet meditation yoga and exercise has greatly improved my quality of life...helps with my insomnia to where i can go to bed as early as i like now (i also use the melatonin from this brand) and lowers overall anxiety..i notice a pretty big difference with and without it so will continue taking....i never am able to stick with capsules so like how these come in a dissolvable form. Definitely recommend...though will take maybe a couple weeks to really notice the differences. The price point is good...initially i worried 100mg wouldnt make much difference but works for me...im just a little over 100lbs so a larger person may need to take 1 1/2 or 2 to feel the same changes..

These are by far my favorite 5-htp, I really feel the effects better than a pill version also tastes great!

I was really excited to finally try something natural to help with my anxiety. I checked reviews and did my research before choosing Natrol 5-HTP. I had just arrived home from a long sunfilled camping trip and saw my package waiting. The next morning, I took all my morning medications including one 5-HTP tablet as indicated. About 20 minutes later.. driving in my car on the freeway I began to feel very hot and nauseous. Once getting to my destination which luckily was 5 minutes away, I heaved and threw up, got really weak and stomach cramps hit. This lasted atleast an hour, I assured myself it was heat stroke of some sort. Same thing happened later that afternoon, after feeling better and yes I had taken an evening dose of 5-HTP but still wondered if it was the heat. Long story short, I finally linked the nausea, diarrhea, stomach craps and everything to taking this medication.. as directed. After doing some research of my own I discovered many products like these were pulled back in the 90's due to a product called PeakX making 1000's sick. They were just brought back safely in 2005. * You can get too much seratonin taking this medication if any of your other medications have any seratonin in them and get sick. * This medication can also cause Eosinophilia/eosinophilia-myalgia Be careful and do your own research.

I got these to try to see if they would help my migraines since I'd read something about increasing serotonin levels in the brain may reduce migraines. I'm not sure about the migraines yet, since it's only been a couple weeks. But I happened to notice that they actually do help my mood, which I hadn't known that's what they're typically used for. :-)

Very bad. That’s how I’m starting it. First, I received crushed pills. I counted it just as how other customers did and I received only 26pcs.out of 30 as advertised. I’m wondering why the company is not doing anything about it wherein they’re receiving the same complaints from diff customers. And I don’t believe it’s from the delivery guys. The broken pills are really really broken to the point that it was almost pulverized. Shall I eat the powder??? no returns because of a bad product. Not good. Second, it doesn’t worked as advertised. Seriously. I tried it because the one I’m buying usually from another brand and all of a sudden sky rocketed it’s price and now I’m guessing that you get what you’re paying for. And this is what I’ve got on this 60AED. Save your money. Buy something else. I’ve read the comments but still I bought it. My mistake. Search guys. Do your assignments. In this time of pandemic every penny counts. And I believe we didn’t deserve this product that we paid for.
