It won't detect the pc usb slot

Works like a charm. I've used it for about ten hours and I've had no issues. The USB cable is about a meter long and the power adapter seems sufficiently spec'd. The strain relief part is a nice touch. It's not a snug fit so it has a small amount of play but it's still enough to prevent any extreme angles on the connector.

Setup is extremely easy and it works great. Just make sure you purchase a display cable as it does not include one.
