I purchased the Elite 150inch Screen. It is an excellent product. Communication with the seller was excellent and the product arrived on time.

Had to return this item as it was one inch too big for the area I wanted it fitted. £50.00 TO RETURN TO SUPPLIER. WHAT A RIPOFF. £ 20 I would total understand or slightly more but £50. STUPID beyond believe

I purchased the 150 inch screen and it was delivered within 4 days. Upon opening the shipping box I was impressed with how the parts were packaged. Everything was easy to unpackage and layout and even with the size of the screen I purchased, I did not have any problems figuring out the layout. I read through the instructions and reviewed a couple of videos prior to assembly but overall, the assembly was pretty easy. There were no wrinkles in the fabric and the frame seems very sturdy. There were only two things I found that gave me a bit of a problem. While putting the frame together, some of the screws did not easily fit into the pre-drilled holes. I found that if I applied some pressure and forced the frame in one direction or another, that I was able to create a little space which was just enough to get all the screws into their holes as per the instructions. The other issue was when I was putting the hanging brackets on the wall, the provided drywall screws (Plastic) did not easily bore through the drywall and in a couple of instances the plastic drywall screws even broke off. Luckily, I had my own drywall screws and they worked just fine. Lastly, since most of those who purchase these large sized screens may have never tried to hang one, I found that the longest part of the whole process was trying to figure out how to place the hanging brackets on my wall and make sure they were level. I'm sure there are many different ways and I just measured an inch and a half from the top of my ceiling and 12 inches in from the sides. As I did this, I used a level on each of the brackets and really just eyeballed them using the placement. If I ever need to do this again, I will definitely purchase a level with a laser included to make sure the bracket placements match up easier. As far as hanging the screen on the brackets, I could possibly have lifted it myself but I did not want to hit the ceiling and possibly mark up the top of the phelt covering on the frame. My wife and I easily lifted together and hung the screen on the brackets. Overall the screen was pretty easy to put together, has no wrinkles, is very light, and the view is just awesome. Prior to this, I had a pull down 150 inch screen and the OCD part of me really was frustrated with how wavy the picture was. With this new screen, all edges of the projection line up perfectly and I'm so much happier with my projector. I used to love going to the movies despite how expensive it is, now I would much rather wait until movies come out and watch them at home. My only regret is that I didn't buy a screen like this sooner.

Probably would have been a lot easier to install if I’d have had a second pair of hands but I didn’t so it was a solo operation. I bought the 150” Sable Frame B2. First impressions, it comes very well packed and was a lot heavier than I expected. The frame is a cinch to put together although I had real problems getting the center support in place. I had to really pound it with a mallet to get it straight and tore the black velvet trim doing so. Hooking up all those little tensioning springs was making me seriously angry about my decision to buy this item until I discovered it was way easier to pull the screen material to the spring rather than try to pull the spring to the material. As for the brackets, the top brackets were easy to put up. Lifting the screen by yourself onto the bracket, never mind. That’s tricky. As for the bottom brackets, they really should rethink that design. I never could get the screen to seat properly in the bottom and yes, I measured, used a level and cussed a lot. In the end, I junked the bottom brackets and will fabricate something else later. My only issue with the product was there are a couple of discolorations on the screen about the size of a dime. I might be able to clean them off later. A little spit and my t-shirt didn’t do it. Seeing the spots upset me but from 10 feet away, you can’t see either one, especially if the projector is on. Still, where was the QA dept when this was being stitched up? All in all, the screen looks fantastic. My relatives are green with envy

I ordered the 150" 16:9 screen. It looks like either the screen or the frame are incorrectly sized -- the screen is short on the horizontal side by about 2". I'm going to reach out to Elite and try to figure this one out. It was really unfortunate this happened. Lost out on the planned movie watching long weekend time. UPDATE: So I reached out to the manufacturer and learnt that the vinyl screen actually is almost 3-4" short and needs to be stretched. It's DEFINITELY a two person job! Plus, the first screen I had received was just too stiff, and a replacement sent to me was much softer and easier to stretch. I wish the instructions and video made this aspect of the install MUCH MORE clearer. Also, a professional installer finally ended up installing the screen on the frame for me (two man crew), and they said that it'd be much better if the frame had grooves for the places where the springs sit. That's a product enhancement idea for the company. Anyways, now the screen is up, and I do love it, and am updating my review to 4. The customer service definitely is VERY GOOD and you do speak with the reps who are all very helpful. Their job would become easier if the company did a better job with this whole stretching business or made some improvements to the product that reduced this need.
