I weigh about 225lbs and have a 38" waist. I can get into the size small but the mediums fit better. I swim for exercise about an hour a day 6 days a week and have been using these for about 3 months. They fit very well and have held up amazingly well.The rubberized gasket around the legs and waist seals better than any other swim diaper I've tried. Like any swim diaper, they will leak #1 if you have a bad accident but they have been enough to prevent obvious leaks on my way to and from the pool. I've only had one in-pool #2 episode... thankfully they held it long enough for me to get out and to the locker room with no issues.In terms of look, I think it is not obvious what they are but they don't look like a normal swimsuit either. I normally wear them under a pair of trunks or jammers. Once when my jammers ripped while putting them on, I just wore the swim diaper by itself and did not get any funny looks...Overall, they are comfortable and work well. They are not only the best swim diaper I've ever used but also the least expensive making them a great value. One tip: Make sure to tie the waist drawstring when washing or wearing, they will migrate inside the waistband and are very hard to get back out.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:My special needs son is age 10. Weighs roughly 92 lbs. We purchased size 12-14T. Fit nice and snug. Washes great, and I hang to dry.For added security, he wears a swim diaper, this cover, and his swim shorts. 5/5 would definitely recommend and purchase again.

Work great, but run small.

These pants are attractive and the material is very nice. They are a very tight fit around the thighs which is necessary I suppose to keep the water out but I'm not sure how comfortable they would be for any length of time. They arrived too late for me to test them out in the pool where I had hoped to, but I will try them at the first chance I get and will update my review if warranted.

I purchased this for my 14 year old special needs son. We have used disposable swimmers and when he plays in the pool sometimes you see “crack” when they slip down. But these fit great! The non-slip around the inside waist and the legs do not move! Today at the pool- “no crack!” Lol! He also didn’t complain of the feeling of them. They were amazing! I highly recommend these. Best part you invest in these and you can reuse them over and over again!

Worst purchase ever. My daughter is non verbal (5yrs old), and not potty trained. Before getting into the pool for her first swim lesson she had a pee accident. The puddle was all over the waiting area floor. Diaper didn't hold a drop and it was very secured. Not worth the money at all.

Fits my special needs 6 year old weighing 85 pounds! My child is tall/big kid who wears clothes size 10/12. Took this on vacation for the pool, at first we used it over diaper but after 3 hours I checked it and the diaper gel came out but this was holding it in thankfully! It has silicone band on the leg holes and was able to hold everything in. I ended up wiping it off and placed it back on for the rest of our stay at the pool. We did not have a BM 💩 so I’m not sure how that will go! I will probably test it in the tub just in case 😅

Got these for my granddaughter, so she and I could be more confident and comfortable in the pool. They are well made. The gel lines that are on the leg and waist opening work well and seem comfy. The pants do kind of hold water so when she gets out we have to drain by pulling the leg holes open...not sure if this is " normal"? I am extremely glad to have these as we've had several accidents in the pool in the past . These were a great answer to a " call for help"🥰
