Very nice set in a great little box
Great set, just what I needed. I'm going to make some frames, so this has everything I need. I also have some frames with broken picture holders and used quite a few from the box for that. They seem very sturdy and went on easy. The storage box is great to keep everything together. It's nice that each thing is separated in zip top bags to get to easily.

Drill bit size is 3/32"
Did a great job on 11 x 14 picture frames I made, use a 3/32" drill bit.

Crappy screws with kit.
Screws would twist head off very easily. So it’s stuck in the wood and you have to move your hanger to mount correctly.

Exactly what I wanted and excellent customer service
Hangars as expected, screws short but with effective grabbing power to use in thin frames if needed, thumb pins as shallow as you could hope for for wall mounting, but still not too fragile. Plastic storage case.But what really deserves attention is that I had a question that was answered within 12 hours, as promised by a small customer service card that arrived with the package. And I received a followup soon after that helped me immensely. Very impressed.

Plastic container was broken and it doesn’t close.
I like the fact that there is a lot of these picture hangers.I DON’T like the fact that the plastic container was broken when I opened the bag (not a box, should have been)I have to buy a new container to replace the broken one.
