I ordered this shield for my Civil Air Patrol Cadets to be able to program the Arduino Uno to display time, make a multi-key calculator, or even move several motors as on a robot. Fun and you imagination can run wild making your own kits and functions. The shield is well-equipped with LED displays, a relay or two, and resistors to use to turn on LEDs for error or status conditions. I would recommend this to anyone using STEM kits, etc.

Excellent way to demonstrate multiple examples of *physical computing* - connecting your Arduino to the real world. Upload the simple DEMO program to illustrate a four-digit numeric display, a buzzer, six independent LEDs, ADC (analog-to-digital convertor), and three push-button switches. You can find an online guide by googling the product name. [Amazon wouldn't let me post the URL.]The pinouts are all explained - but it would be nice to have a full schematic.

It does exactly what it was designed for. The only draw back I see was the buzzer was not too impressive but other than that I like it

A Great tool for learning the Arduino platform.

Come in a nice cardboard and include a technical paper. The board is well identified. Each pins are labelled.

Works as intended, website has the sketch to make it work and learn from it. Totally recommended.
