It works with the orginal Xbox but if I tryed to use my dvd drive, I would get a error message. So if you only play games throw your HDD this item will be fine.

Work perfectly for my old pc that use ide hard disk. Now i can use sata hard disk with my old win200 pc

El adaptador cumple su función. Yo lo he empleado para adaptar un SSD a una iMac G4 (lamp), reemplazando su HDD IDE (ya no se fabrican esos discos). Funcionó a la perfección. Sin hacer ninguna modificación.
