Its max height is about 21 inches, so you can comfortably work in standing or sitting positions.

While there is no "lock" button, it is very sturdy and you can type on it. However, we suggest using an external keyboard and mouse so you can type efficiently without the laptop keyboard being wobbly.

Yes, it only 2.13 inch when folded. Perfect for easy storage.

It swivels both ways. You cannot lock it, but the base won't rotate without considerable effort.
