This product is exceptional, but I would appreciate it if it were packaged with additional oil and a funnel, as the oil supply depletes rapidly.

I’m both pleasantly surprised and disappointed with this straightener. For starters the oil diffuser comes with 2 separate oil compartments that fit into the back of the straightener. It fits in fine but doesn’t open to allow for you to fill it with oil. The instructions don’t say how to open it. If it comes already full then nowhere does it say what type of oil is in it. I didn’t want to use anything foreign on my hair so I left it off when using the straightener.It’s advertised as a flat iron but pictures clearly show it’s a brush. I was hoping it was a 2-n-1 type of thing but the brush does not come off to use as a flat iron. I was initially disappointed especially after realizing the oil diffuser was a bust but then I began using it and my mind was changed slightly. I used this on very dry, coarse kinky hair that had been in twists for a week. The hair has also been colored which makes it a bit coarser. There was no product on the hair and the straightener was pretty good! The hair was smooth as silk afterwards all the way to the ends. I did, however, have to put it on the highest of heat levels. The brush and the back of the straightener get very hot so be careful where you place it in between separating the hair. It was also very expensive considering all the features did not work.Since I had to use it on the highest setting, which is really not good for hair, and the oil compartment had issues and didn’t work and the cost, I would not recommend this product.

The comb runs through your hair and smoke is emitted from the comb, with heat, and supposedly straightens your hair.I have long, fine curly/wavy hair, depending on how I dry it or not that day. I have used this when my hair more wavy than curly, as well as blown out with a slight wave, and it doesn't straighten my hair efficiently or as much as an actual flat iron does. Also, the oil emitted from the comb has a smell that isn't pleasant. It might be for some, but not something I want to smell when doing my hair or afterwards.The tool itself looks and feels quality made but the buttons on it can a little tricky to figure out. Also, when using it, it seems easy to tap the buttons off or switch settings based on their placement on the handle.Overall, this tool didn't straighten my hair as much as a flat iron would. My hair gets straighter with a blow out with my hairdryer brush. And my hair just looks blah and almost like bedhead when I use this tool. I've tried it several times and never with good results. I do not recommend this product.

It's pretty good.

My wife was disappointed with this brush. She said there wasn't enough steam that came out of here, and she wished the brush was thicker so it could cover more hair. She said it wasn't worth the $45-50 that it is listed for and wouldn't recommend it.2/5.

Works very well for straightening but I'm a little stumped on the steam effect.
