unless you got twigs for arms, these wont stay. the velcrow is very cheap.

Quality wise these are kinda mediocre. They not really good. If anything, the velcro doesn't hold very well. It loosens very easily when moving if you don't tighten it past a certain point. Due to my arms being a little too big to tighten above the elbow, I had to make some slight modifications with some velcro straps I had lying around. It's able to hold better, but it's still not the most comfortable strap to wear on your arms. Honestly wouldn't recommend unless you're looking for a cheap option I guess. The moment I find something better for my elbow trackers, this is going into storage as a back up set.

Very nice comfort for long sessions

These are well built, but they are not built with adult sized arms in mind, especially so if you're in the gym a good bit and have muscle. However this is a problem easily solved with extension straps.
