Perfect fit 2003 Silverado 1500HD
Replaced my radiator and both radiator hoses on my 2003 Chevy Silverado 1500HD with the 6.0 engine. This was the top hose and was a perfect fit. Quality piece, just like the original.

Exact replacement
Exact replacement. Worked great.Tip:. When moving over the clamps and fasteners from the old house, put some dish soap on new hose and they will easily slid on the new hose. Did not want to take the chance of breaking any fragile plastic fasteners.

Decent fit
Heater hose does what it is supposed to do. Seems like good quality. Reason it lost a star: it was shipped all bent feels like a really soft spot. We will see if it holds up.

Identical to the OEM part in shape and size (see attached photo). At least just as good as the OEM part which was still functional after 14 years/122K miles but this is such an easy and inexpensive replacement, it is well worth doing it before it fails.I bought this upper hose and also the lower hose and replaced them both while I was doing the coolant flush. Combining both made the process more logical and efficient.Make sure to remove and re-use the clamps from the old hose if the clamps were still in good shape,

Exact fit for 2003 Avalanche Z66
Pep boys wanted close to $600 to change the upper and lower radiator hoses. Oh, because they had to “change your coolant”. Yes, I will admit a lot of coolant poured out as you remove the lower hose. I bought 3 gallons of it from Walmart for this job and still have 3/4 of a gallon left over for future topping off the radiator reservoir: $12.35/gallon + the cost of the upper and lower hoses: about another $70. Total cost for this job, well under $150. Remove the air intake hose and you’ll have all the room you need to get it done. I don’t know about you, but I like to $ave my money.
