Is there a way to recalibrate this after 999 uses?

Tanita guarantees the sensor for 999 readings, after that the sensor is less sensitive, there is no option to recalibrate the sensors. Thank You

The unit will still work after 999 uses. The sensors sensitivity is highest 1-999 after that it will slowly degrade and not be as accurate. Tanita sets its life at 999 uses.

I don't know, I've had 3 and never cleaned them. But honestly? Start using Smartmouth mouthwash and you'll never have to worry about bad breath.
