It works great I use it for mixing my protein powder. And it cleans really easily

A solid buy with a couple concerns
I love ninja blenders, and this is no exception. That being side it is 2 ounces less than advertised. Which means this little blender only gets used for powder mixes that require less ingredients. Battery life is questionable compared to the larger version I have. However, it’s not that noisy does not leak fairly easy to clean and simple enough for the kids to use with supervision. The blades are sharp!

Like new condition, odd design
Updating my review as it appears the "vessel cap" & blade cover are sold separately. The manual shows them in the parts list, but the product page does not. A bit confusing but ultimately my mistake. That being said, needing to buy extra parts to not have to keep the blender base attached while drinking is pretty wild, so leaving this at 4 stars. Mine came in like new condition and functions normally.

Very Disappointed
Don't buy refurbished just spend extra and get it new ... was mixing protein powder and milk only it got hot and burning smell
