GREAT ravioli mold!!!!
Hubby and I made blue crab ravioli using the mold! It did beautifully as you can see! We took the advice from a previous review and sprayed the metal with nonstick spray and the raviolis came out perfectly!! Cannot wait to try them at dinner!!

Quality
Really good product, easy to use. Ravioli are a good size creating a serving portion between 4-5 raviolis.

Use this when making fresh ravioli !!
Great for making large ravioli - durable with large pouches - when floured, no sticking - used this when making fresh pasta dough

Recommended. It makes ravioli making easy. A few issues to overcome.
I've been making Ravioli for the holidays and at various times of the year for over 25 years. For all this time, I've been making them manually via the "fold over" method where I lay out the dough, add some filling, fold the dough over, push the air out, cut and crimp. Since I make over 300 Ravioli a year, it's time consuming, but that's how my Nona made them. A friend of mine told me she uses one of these molds so I thought I'd try it myself. First off all, this one makes a big ravioli, which is what I wanted and is what is advertised. The process is pretty simple, but it took me a few tries to get it perfected. A few items I learned: Item 1: I use the KitchenAid mixer dough attachment on setting 5 for my ravioli dough. This mold requires that the dough be the full width of the KitchenAid roller or they won't seal. The first couple of tries they were a bit narrower and didn't work. Once I figured that out, it was not a problem. Item 2: These are big ravioli so take a lot of filling to ensure there's not much air in them. Again, not a problem, but took me a short while to get the amount of filling right and minimize the air, yet not too much. Item 3: I tried it first with just flour sprinkled on the mold, and it stuck badly. I then tried it with cooking spray and that was much better. What ended up working best for me in the end, was cooking spray followed by a light sprinkle of flour. I had to do this between every batch. I realize everybody's dough is different so your mileage may vary. Item 4: Just rolling across the top didn't completely cut the individual ravioli's out. It handled the edges but the center lines I needed to go over again with the roller at a slight angle to completely get them cut. Even then, some of them stuck together when I pushed the ravioli out of the mold. What I like: Easy to use, easy to clean, nice consistent size, faster than the manual method I was using, good value for the money. What I don't like: The ravioli always stuck a little bit no matter what I did. Not a big deal, but they didn't just release as some of the advertising pictures show. I also didn't like that I needed to run the roller at an angle to get the cuts along the edge. For these reasons I took off 1 star. Overall, I still recommend this. I'm happy with the purchase and will be using this in the future as I make more. I will also be buying another one a bit smaller for when I don't want to make them as large.

Qreat for the price
Nice mold works well. It's a bit lighter than my 75-year-old one, but we all know that things are made cheaper these days. all in all, it's a nice mold for the money.

Not intended for use other than ravioli.
I bought this to make amazing ravioli for my family. Before I could, my cousin, let's call him Frank, got a hold of this. He though it was one of those prank p*nis meters. He put his penuckle in one for the holes to "judge" his girth. Well he apparently is doing ok in that department because it got stuck. He tried to hide it, but it became obvious after a while as it is relatively long and shaped like a rectangle. His pants could only hide so much. After all said and done, he had to go to the ER and get it cut off. It was not salvageable or really fit for food use. So, I have no idea how well it does or doesn't do. My cousins pen*s is bruised and sad and we have no ravioli.

Ravalolli maker
Fun tool, a bit larger than I expected but it works well.

Works but...
...it's just a bit too wide at least to use pasta sheets from a Kitchenaid mixer pasta roller. You'd have to roll perfect, full width sheets to have a chance to use all 10 openings. I ended up returning this one and buying the crescent shape one that makes 6 slightly larger ones. Easier to use because you don't need pasta sheets as wide. Having said that, the concept works just fine. The device makes and seals ravioli (if the dough sheet is wide enough).

Good time of mold Especially if you have a mashine to make a corresponding long narrow and thin dough. Combining both of them I can make very good pelmenies in a short time. Up to 120 pieces for my big family. I'D like the manufacturer make a twice or even triple longer the same device because I could use very long pieces of dough and to make pelmenies even faster. Some times I put three of them at the table in the row, but they need to keep together in a line. One long piece would be even better. Thanks for reading.

Ces moules sont vraiment pratiques et permettent d’avoir des carrés parfaits . Vous épaterez vos invités par leur présentation. Beaucoup rapide que de les faire à la main.
