Yakami Orchard 100 % Pure Japanese Yuzu Juice 12 oz. / 375 ml

This is my first experience with this kind of product, but I did try it in a couple of different uses. My Definite Favorite Is An Additive In Plain Sparkling Water (about 1 teaspoon): What A GR8 Way To Sparkle Up Your Sparkling Water!! My second use was in a Cheesecake. Sadly, This Wonderful Juice did Nothing for my cheesecake (had already added over 2 tablespoons, and too much more might compromise the recipe!). FOR MY TASTEBUDS: This juice is light, but flavorful. If you've Never had "first press", you would not know the difference between "second press". And while this juice is an Excellent SPARK to Sparkling Water, it's taste is a bit too light to do much to a Cheesecake (I was looking for a more lemon~ish, citrus~ish flavor). ALL I KNOW IS, IS THAT THIS STUFF MAKES MY SPARKLING WATER TASTE TONS MORE EXCITING TO DRINK! The cheesecake issue is for another time!

The product itself is amazing.. I love it and have been using it for years. My problem is the company that sold it to me, this case Taylor's Market.I ordered it and arrived on time but it arrived opened. The cap was loose, the protective plastic was still on and complete. The cap being loose let air in and got in contact with the citrus liquid which of course over the time of the shipment it got an awful bitter taste. So my long wait was rewarded with a bitter oxidized product.I called the next day and complained about this and fully explained the problem and nature of my complain, they immediately shipped another one to replace it.A couple of days later he same problem arrived; Cap loose, product ruined.Very frustrated and disappointed, I decided to switch to another seller.

I have tried three different yuzu juice extracts over the last couple months and this one was the most disappointing. Tastes diluted — even 2x / 3x the portion and still has less flavor than its peers!Alternative: Highly recommend Shirakiku Japanese Yuzu Extract. Excellent flavor and price.

Bought to make drinks at a summer party and it tastes great.

I use this in my ice water to give my water a little flavor. It is so tasty and refreshing. Not a strong flavor, just a subtle taste. Would be good in alcoholic drinks too. A bit over priced though, thus the 4 out of 5 stars.

This high Vitamin C product makes flat or "meh" fruit juices sing with delight (well, not really but you get the idea).

Before I ordered this I read the review about it being weak due to it being second press. As it turns out that review was not wrong. I ordered this to try it as my usual brand was out of stock. This is much weaker and lacks the tartness of my usual product. I will not be reordering this.

Looks and tastes like yuzu juice. High clarity with small amount of solids, (so shake well). The seal wasn't damaged or anything and the bottle is made of plastic for those curious. No chance that it can shatter. The seal should stay in the bottle cap. It's not a peel off seal.
