It is a good vest to make your body sweat while working out. The sweat will drip to your shorts so make sure you wear something that will absorb it. I like to sweat while working out, just don't know if it is very helpful for burning fat.

These are great if you want to sweat a lot while working out or even just walking. I’ve been using them while walking and every time I take them off they’re soaking wet. They keep you really warm too so they’re probably best for colder weather.

It runs small, I would probably wear a 2xl but I got a 3xl and still have a hard time getting out of it. The sweat it produce is ridiculous! I love this one and plan to order another one.

Bought this one size smaller than I usually wear. This fits and works great. I have no problem taking it off after use either.

Gives you a good sweat. But wish the pants had a higher waist and a drawstring in the waist. Fits really snug so smaller than expected.
