Step by step, thorough from breathing technique to foot/toe placement. Functional and then some, great spiral bound, awesome pictures and easy to understand. This is a must for teachers. I required have one-on-one instruction after 2 spinal surgeries gaining 4 years of experience. If you have a reformer at home (no matter what make) invest in this book. It’s that good.

I am glad I made the stretch and purchased this manual. It’s worth the price. Am able to refresh my workouts with perfectly explained reformer exercises.

The book is a great reference for my pilate reformer & is very handy to study for my Pilates instructor class in concentrating on the principles of Pilates.

I got this book with my Pilates Arc order. The free pdf from Balanced Body has better suited exercises for that this overpriced, imo, booklet.

Set up well with clear direction regarding springs to use and pictures of proper positioning. Also has recommended routines to flow exercises. Room to make you own notes as well.
