Tyndale NLT Boys Life Application Study Bible (Papeback), NLT Study Bible for Boys, Foundations for Your Faith Sections

Purchased for my grandson.

I am not super crazy about Christianity... well not really Christianity, but "hypo-christians". I find that the people who claim to be Christians tend to be the meanest and most hateful humans I know... which goes against everything their book seems to teach, but I digress. My son is 12 and has recently become interested in Christianity. I have always encouraged him to learn as much as he can about all the worlds religions and to make up his own mind. I wanted to find a Bible that he could read and explore that was appropriate for his age and the types of questions he has currently. I found this one and it felt like a good solution. He loves it, he has been reading it along with a few books about other faiths. He has had some great questions that have led to some great conversations.

We have bought several of these for our sons and family friends. We have also purchased the girl version. It's easy to read visually, nice lay out/font size etc, and we appreciate the various reference guides, devotionals, and activities for youth. We find it to be very encouraging in their faith growth/journey. It's our go to bible for youth.

My son is very happy with his bible, he truly enjoy having that extra information before each book. I’m planning on getting another one for my other son

I bought this for my 10 year old boy. He's an advanced reader. And wouldn't necessarily need a children's Bible but could benefit from occasional study guides. So far I like it. The only reason I didn't give it a 5star is because it's paperback and I would have like a more durable option like imitation leather. The size of the Bible is smallish and opening it will require more effort due to the thickness of the book.

I bought this bible for my 11yrs old boy, as a beginning bible for him. I can say I wasn't disappointed. I like the way they connect with the kids and how relevant this book is. The index is what I like the most about this book. If he have a question we can go to the index for reference.I would definitely recommend this book. I hope all the pics help someone else.

I purchased this as a gift & did not read. The boys both thanked me & said they were enjoying the stories & lessons taught.

Bought the boy version after buying several girl version. The teenage boy who it was given too appreciated the side notes to make the text more understandable.
