Q: Can i use this product for a bbq grill top?

No, its galvanized. You'll get Zinc poisoning.

Q: Can this be cut to fit ?

Yes it can, I used it to replace some broken grating on a pit in our shop. I used bolt cutters to snip the tines in between the bigger pieces but a sawzall or cutting wheel will do the trick as well.
